This shot is the mounting bits for the booms. There's one in each wing and it's real important that they both be the same or who knows what back end problem could arise. It's first in the wing build.

However that all changes once it off the board and you start adding all the thing needed.

This is such a cool project. The model is scale, and the subject is so different from the normal lineup of Mustangs, Spitfires (sigh), and Thunderbolts.

Al's project has made me spend time on the web researching Vampires....you get some strange hits when you Google Vampire. Gotta be rather specific Wink

Good job Al. Keep the updates coming.
