Currently working on my scratch build lightning. Took a break over the summer but got inspired again over Christmas break

Its a scaled down scratch build. I don't have much experience with flying or building to be honest so it might fly like a brick, but I'm hoping she flies like a dream! Hoping to bring it out for some testing and discussions with some experienced folk this summer.

I made some pretty good progress since the post, but I just moved to the city so I had to pack up the work bench.

I'm trying for a small 450mA battery in each boom, but I'm going to have to explore the battery size and motor once I can do some proper testing.

I need to redo my pushrod lengths for my landing gear so the servo arm isn't pushed back on landing, but all three gear is installed and nicely tuck in!

I took a 74" wingspan scratch, and scaled it down 1/3 to a 24" wingspan. So I'm hoping the weight isn't too bad and it can actually fly... time will tell.
