H9 Carden Extra 300 89"

Just finished assembling her the other day. Rimfire 65/Falcon 24x12, 3000mah 2S LiFe rx pack, 2 Thunder Power 6S 5000's and a Castle 160HV2. I have a Mejzlick spinner in the mail that will put her at 20.7 lbs. The crappy pictures don't do it justice as the colors really make it pop. It will be very easy to see in the air. I really like not having to cut any holes in the cowl or mount any switches on the side of the fuse. Makes for a super clean install.

From what I have read, that prop/motor combo will draw around 6000 watts at full snap so it should be right around 290 watts per lb. My 60 inch EF Extra is right around 275 watts per lb and it is ballistic. Should make for a fantastic 6 min flight. Cheesy

I may upgrade to some bigger batteries but I will try the 5000's out and see what happens.

They are Colin's old batteries that he used in his 700 heli. Got them at a very good price. I wouldn't get new Thunder Power batteries as they are very overpriced in my opinion. A decent 6S 5000 mah can be had for 80$ from HK.

Hitec servos. 7955's on the elevators and ailerons. One 7950TH on the rudder. I am so glad they went with the rudder servo in the tail. I HATE pull pull cables.
