Went Flying today, only to find an RV Campground off the end of the short runway , adjacent to the Dyke.
Several families of Kids proceeded along the road, needless to say, I didnt fly..
Just a heads up..

They are a group of farmers who met on the field last year as well, only further up. They spend the weekend having Lawn tractor races. While they're not supposed to be there, our landlord says no one seems inclined to object because they're known to all the locals.
Not much we can do about them, and there's no notice of when they arrive. I'd love to check the site after they're gone to see if any one empties their waste tank on the field. THAT would cause a stink.

Nice to know! Anyone going flying tomorrow or Wednesday. I bet I could fly backwards !! :D

Think I'll pass on flying till the weekend....

And for the record, Dave Porter stopped by the camp site today, clean as a whistle.
