Thanks to Les Beazley, Don MacPhee, Kevin and Grant Beaver for helping out at the field and filling in some wet areas with gravel.  In the spring grass seed will be planted early and the areas will be grassed over by the end of May.  I've posted some before and after pictures.  What a difference!!  Also, there was plenty of flying today at the field.  It turned out to be a great day for the 3 Nov.  And for those who thought mowing the grass has ended (NOT) ;D, the field will have to be mowed one more time, probably by next week.

I'm listed for next week (along with Glen, Paul, and Jody). Weather permitting, I want to come down Tuesday night around 6:30pm.

Due to work, I won't be able to make it to the field until later this week. Since it's dark at 5:30, I may just come down very early on Saturday.

Hi Steve:  I haven't been down to the field lately; but, it is quite likely that it is much to wet anyway with all the rain.  The weekend would be the best idea.  This will definitely be the last mowing of the year.  I let everyone know the field conditions later in the week.
