After Glen, Kevin and I had a look at or blown out windsock last Sat. No really good option was found to mount another windsock.😤So after a 1/2 hour in the shop and a dive into my tickle trunk tonight; we now have a 2 axis swivel cap for the top of flap pole for a new windsock. Also cut a piece of pipe to put in the stone base to tighten up the hole so the post doesn’t lean so much. I hope it fits between the flag pole and the hole in the stone base but to be honest I didn’t measure that particular part last Sunday. If the pipe for the stone doesn’t fit, no problem it will go back into the tickle trunk😜.
Other than buying another can of cold galvanizing zinc as I was out of it, the rest came from bits and pieces I had

Hopefully will have it installed this weekend and paint up the rusty bits on the pole.

I've heard Budweiser called a LOT of things, but cold galvanizing zinc is a new one.

Greg, if the pipe doesn't fit, you need a larger hammer, easy.

Look at the Budweiser box more carefully Sandy. It is being used as a garbage box for smashed Ultra Stick bits. No cold galvanizing zinc in there.

But I have to admit i may have had 1 or 3 of those cans during and after the pole cap swivel was completed.   Tongue  Cheesy
