So that's where my trailer wheels went!  Grin

Funny, I'd always thought the gear was fabric covered tube, not sheet.
Very nice looking though

Notice the compliment to finish the post  Wink

Really though, I thought, on the real Waco, that flairing was fabric covered, not solid. Never seen one up close, but that was my thought...

I saw some exercise weights in one of the photos.  New year's resolution in the making?  Smiley

Well hopefully I'll finish this one. As for the weights, What are you trying to say?   Grin

Wheels and pants are next. They took about 9 hours to get right. With all the beveled parts that go inside and out.
I used a simple gig to set the height of the pants.

I have balsa! Cheesy Back to the wings, I need to get the leading edge finish up. There's about 20 feet of it so in order to keep to true I made a leading edge sanding block. Hopefully it will simplify the job.

I still say it's  shame to cover up those cool tires and rims. Maybe there is a scale scheme that used clear wheel pants... Grin

Plane's looking good, Al. Great work.

The leading edge went very well. The sanding block made short order to it.
