Opti-Kill question

Having an issue with the Opti-Kill unit on my Spitfire. Usually, when the red light is on, the ignition is active. This is how mine worked last year. Last Saturday, we found that the unit now is working exactly opposite to what it was last year. When the red light is on, there is no spark. Engine seemed to work okay.

Stripped it down on Sunday to find out was plugged in wrong but could not find a thing out of place. Not sure what is going on.

I've used lots of these units with never a problem - the one in my 100cc Yak is over 5 years old and works fine.

Any ideas? Huh

Of course, Thunderbolt RC is "sold out" of the units. Angry

Very strange that it worked fine last season. Must be wore out from all the flights I've put on the Spit. Just found an alternate on Thunderbolt's website so one is on the way. Thanks for the offer, though.
