Still lots of internals to do. Still no luck on muffler Tried to mimick the corrigation but didn't come out nearly as I wanted.

Yes, i was worried about the wieght of the corrigation...and of beeds for repair.
My original idea was to run rope through some wood guids, then lay yhe evenly spread rope over the plane. Then a light mist of charcoal grey over it. The hope was a fade into the charcolal to simulate the deep points.
But rope would not sit straight, so i used painters tape and putting up with the sharp edges to the 'corrugation'.

Went with a slightly modified pitts from Jtec. Was unable to route the exhaust out the bottom, so will exit upwards. The enigine takes too much room Now I need to cut away part of the dummy engine and stuff so the cover will fit over.
