simple
just like taxes
government demands them
you work

or maybe  it is something to do with momentum
government has infinite mass and infinitesimal velocity
therefore it has infinite momentum
and that why things never change

just like a propeller

it does work on the airplane
and the government demands taxes every time you need to do something more with it or the hobby

Embarrassed
