But, as Kelly told me at the end of Saturday, my recoveries were getting better Cheesy

Thanks for doing this Marc, it's a lot of work.. big shoes to fill (metaphorically speaking) for next year

And to even attempt a intermediate routine without practice is almost suicide, theres no way I would have done it.
