If you are looking for a scale cockpit kit for a giant scale plane, expecially warbirds, check out Magnum R/C - Dymanic Balsa at www.magnumrc.com. They have kits for ESM/KMP, Dave Platt, Zirolli, Don Smith, Fibre Classics, Planes Plus, Century Jet, American Eagle, Yellow Aircraft, Balsa USA, Vailly Aviation etc.

While not cheap, here is what I got in a cockpit kit:

- a bag of parts about 12" x 14" x 3" thick
- tons of parts with a lot of the parts molded out of resin
- kit includes floor, side walls, seats, instrument panels, joy sticks, all accessories like "oxygen tanks" with scale hoses - basically everything but the pilots
- full instruction manual with templates for where to cut the pieces out
- DVD with an additional instruction manual and around 130 pictures of the build process
- additional 147-page DVD catalogue of all of the kits they sell - all with colour pictures of each cockpit kit.

Check out the attached pdf file - one page of the catalogue showing the cockpit kit for a Vailly Aviation Typhoon Tempest (1/5-scale).

This is what I got to build one cockpit - more d@^#% parts than a lot of planes I built. Wink Smiley

I had seen those kits Steve, and I watched the build for the Hurricane cokcpit.....but as he saiys, there's not enough room in the fuse and the servos and tank have to be adjusted  - not goin to happen with the space I have.....and it screws up the balance too.....

too bad because they look great..
