What a great day. Super weather. 15 or 16 guys were able to get to the field.....Betty brought Les to the field and Cato presented him with a MAAC Certificate of appreciation for his long standing contributions to MAAC, Avon Club, and the community as a whole.
Les also received a full blown, ready to fly, complete with radio, aircraft.....a Vapour!!! We tried to get him to fire it up but discretion won out.
Thank you Dave Porter for getting this started, and Cato, for making it happen. A long drive from Saint John for the sole purpose of honouring Les.
