I'm planning on heading to the field to try out my new drone and I'm on a mission to find my friend Steve's Apprentice he lost in the corn last week. The Mavic Mini 2 is a nice little HIGH Resolution drone and I'm hoping to spot the wayward plane from the air. we spent several hours on Monday weaving thru the 10' high fields and eliminated a lot of ground.

I won't be able to make Sunday as I have to attend a funeral down the south shore. I'm going out tomorrow anyway and try to locate the downed plane with the drone.

Grass was knee deep.....if you get my meaning. My mission yesterday was successful. with my drone I located the downed aircraft in about 7 mins but took over an hour to retrieve as I had to download the imagery from the drone and get the GPS coordinates and then walked right up to 10 feet away from the plane. Thanks to John and his cell phone (with data) as mine doesn't have data. Plane recovered with extremely minor damage. Crows I believe were eating the tires.

Super! Got the runways mowed, knee deep was an exaggeration, but it was long. Left  lots of dead grass laying about. Pits mostly done but I didn't flip the picnic tables.

That's fine about the picnic tables we'll get it tomorrow. The place will get a good going over for the weekend.
