this summer the Canadian Scale Aerobatic scene has been running all the contests with a little known bonus in the back ground. Great Hobbies put up a 100cc SA contest worthy plane (or $1000 certificate equivilant) to some flier who participated in one of the contests in either Basic or Sportsman levels. As a member of the Scale Aerobatic Committee I made sure that everyone who flew in those levels in our contests last summer had their names entered in the draw.

Last evening I participated in a conference Skype with 4 other committee members, and the lucky name drawn was Ben Lann of New Glasgow. Atta go Ben!!!!! [smiley=tekst-toppie.gif]

Al Eastman asked me the same question on our forum. He didn't take me for a flight but I didn't ask. Probably should have, I was just happy to get the gift card ;D He did stay and chat for 45 mins or so, very personable guy.
